ZBT is a brotherhood without pledging. We believe that acceptance into the brotherhood should be based on a person’s character and on his commitment to excel as an active member of society, university, and fraternity, rather than be based upon actions that he is forced to do. There is no such thing as a pledge or second-class member of our fraternity.
