Yoga and meditation is a great way to shake the stress of classes as well as improving your physical and mental health and awareness. Among the health benefits are improved blood circulation, lowered blood pressure, improved posture, concentration and sleep. Many recognize Yoga for its physical benefits such as muscle toning and improved flexibility. It is also a good way to get involved with a club on campus since you are not required to attend a quota of meetings to be a Yogi. Come when you can. "Enlightenment should not be serious."
