On the home page click on Athlete Login Type in your 9-digit ID number for you User Name and then enter your password. If you do not remember your password click on Reset password and a new one will be sent to your e-mail.  Remember to click on change password when you attempt to login again to change your password to something you'll remember. Once you are logged in, click on each of the below Task links and complete each of the associated forms. (Returning players will just need to check and update information) Professor forms can be filled out during the first week of classes. For new players and some seniors: Signed doctor physicals are to be completed for pre-season.  Physicals are only valid for three years so some seniors may need to complete a new physical.  Attached  is the Team Sports Physical

2. Yearly registration with USA Rugby (CIPP) ~ $30

Go to https://membership.usarugby.org/default.aspx Click on Create/ Renew Individual Membership On this page fill in your First Name, Middle Name (Optional), Last Name, Gender, and Birthday If you are a former member click Yes on the bottom of this page, then Continue If you have never been a member of USA rugby click No, then Continue For returning members, your existing USA Rugby accounts will appear on the following page.  Find your name and then click on it. (In blue) Everyone’s next page will be the waiver.  Please read and accept the waiver. Click the two boxes at the end to accept then Print and return to me (Leah). The next page is your primary contact information.  Please fill out all required fields then click Continue On this page there are three areas:  Role, Level and Club Name.  For Select Role, scroll down and select Player.  For Select Level, scroll down and select College.  For Club Name, type in Penn State Women’s Rugby Football Club.  After you select these three then click Save then Check Out. The payment is $30.00. (They only accept Visa and MasterCard for credit cards) Fill out your information for Payment Details and Billing Address.  After all of your information is filled out then click on Pay Now.  Your registration is complete!  Print out your confirmation page for your records.
