Tori Kirkpatrick is the President for the 2012-2013 year. After being a member of Women in Business since her freshman year and last year's Corporate Relations Director, she couldn't be more excited to lead the organization and make each member's experience beneficial and enjoyable. Tori is a senior Management major with a Labor Employee Relations minor. As president, she is responsible for overseeing the organization, the executive board, and the calendar of events among other things. Christina Lerch is the Corporate Relations Director for the 2012-2013 school year. She is a senior majoring in Accounting with a minor in International Business. This past summer, she studied abroad in Florence, Italy for six weeks. Also, for the past two years, Christina has had an auditing internship at a local accounting firm near her home in New Jersey. Christina has been actively involved in WIB since her junior year serving as the Finance WIBtern and PWPW Conference Donations Committee leader, she has also was a Top Member for two consecutive semesters. As Corporate Relations Director, she looks forward to reaching out to new companies to expand WIB’s extensive list of corporate partners and creating new and exciting events for members to attend. Leanne Hoover is the Finance Director for the 2012-2013 academic year. She is a junior majoring in Actuarial Science with a minor in Statistics. Leanne joined Women in Business as a sophomore and served as the Corporate Relations Director WIBtern. Leanne feels that she has found her niche at Penn State through WIB and is beyond thrilled to be serving on the executive board! As Finance Director, her primary task is to plan, maintain, and monitor the annual budget and funding for the organization itself, as well as the PWPW Conference. Leanne also coordinates and obtains funding for the annual conference trip to a business school. Last year’s trip was to Harvard. Outside of Women in Business, Leanne is a member of Actuarial Science Club and Ski Club. This past summer, she took classes at University Park and took the first actuarial exam, exam P/1. Caleigh Feeny is the Membership Director for the 2012-2013 academic year. She has been an active member in WIB since her freshman year and was a WIBtern for the Membership Director last spring. Her responsibilities include: recording membership points, receiving and recording membership forms and dues, as well as helping with the recruitment of new members to the organization. In addition to being involved in WIB, Caleigh also participated in THON as a member in the THON Finance Committee and became a member of the Smeal Student Mentors organization. Ashley Lichkus is the Events Director for the 2012-2013 school year. She is a junior double majoring in Marketing and Advertising with a minor in International Business. This past summer, she studied abroad in Florence. As well as had a marketing internship with Dentsply Professional. She has been involved with WIB since her freshman year and has continued to actively participate in all the events. She had the great opportunity to be a Marketing WIBtern last fall and a Print Committee leader for the PWPW Conference. Outside of WIB, she loves THON and have been on committees since sophomore year. She is extremely excited to increase our community service events to give back to the community and to also have amazing social events where we can create lasting friendships! She is always open to new ideas and is excited for a great year! |

Erin Lautenbacher is the Marketing Director for the 2012-2013 school year. She is a senior majoring in Accounting, and I has been an active member of WIB since the beginning of her junior year was a top member for both semesters last year. She absolutely loves everything about THON, so she enjoys all THON related events that WIB has to offer. This past summer she held an internship at Kohl’s in a retail management position! Autumn Paraschos is the PWPW Conference Director for the 2012-2013 school year. She is currently a junior majoring in Marketing and Public Relations with a minor in International Business. She has been an active member of WIB her freshman year and is very excited to be serving on the Executive Board this year. She has been actively involved in WIB's THON committee, community service committee, and PWPW Conference Committee, as well as having the opportunity to be the University Relations WIBtern during the spring of her sophomore year. Outside of WIB she is involved in the Penn State Marketing Association and Penn State Snowboard Club. She is also a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success. As the newly established Powerful Women Paving the Way Conference Director, she is responsible for anything and everything conference related, so please feel free to reach out to her at any time! Abby Motsch is serving as the Co-Communications director for the 2012-2013 school year. She is currently a senior majoring in Supply Chain Management and looking forward to spending her last year at Penn State with WIB! Last year she was the Membership Director and is looking forward to another successful year working with WIB. As the Communications director she will be responsible for keeping track of the weekly minutes from the executive board meetings, send out the weekly updates to the list serv and maintain the website. Over the summer Abby moved to Houston, Texas to work for BP in Procurement. She is unsure what awaits her in the future, as she is in the process of making her decisions. She enjoys traveling more than anything and has already had many opportunities to travel the world. She is extremely passionate about THON, as she has served on THON committees the past 3 years, and is looking to continue. Leah Virbitsky is the Co-Communications Director for WIB for 2012-2013. She is a junior double majoring in Supply Chain Management and Public Relations. Last year, Leah served as the Communications Director for the 2011-2012 academic year. She was on the THON 2012 Communications Committee for Mini-THON. She also served on the Division of Undergraduate Leadership Council and took part in the Altria Sophomore Leadership Development Program. Leah will be going on a six month Co-Op with Johnson& Johnson where she will work in their Consumer Products Division in the Supply Logistics Department. She is excited to continue the traditions of WIB and to see new ones introduced. As the Communications Director, she will keep weekly minutes, send out weekly emails with updates on events, serve as the liaison between Smeal and WIB, take pictures, and maintain the website.
