Welcome to Vietnamese Student Association web page. This organization was established in 1982 at Penn State University with the purposes of encouraging cultural exchange, helping members academically, and promoting social gathering. In the last couple of years, we have been trying to do more as an organization to strengthen our presence in the Penn State community as well as the Vietnamese community through our involvement and activities. There is still much room for growth and we are always in need of support from interested individuals.
