Policies
The UPAC Handbook is a book of policies and procedures, written and voted upon by students, to guide allocating decisions. Requestors should strongly consider reviewing it with their SCT contact before submitting a funding request.
Every student attending Penn State at University Park may suggest changes to the policies and procedures stated in the UPAC Handbook. These change requests may be submitted to the SRT Chair, Rodrigo Maia, at rbm5060@psu.edu. You should include your reasons for proposing this change, how you feel this change will benefit all student at University Park, the exact wording of the change you'd like to see added to the handbook, and your contact information. The UPAC Handbook contains more information on how to propose a change. Please direct all questions relating to policy changes to rbm5060@psu.edu.
