What Does UPAC Fund?
UPAC funds expenses for clubs to attend conferences, club operations (office supplies), equipment, and funding for club programs held at Penn State (speakers, cultural events, concerts, student performances, homecoming, movies and debates.
In the past, funds have paid for club members' plane tickets to such places as Wisconsin, Florida and Louisiana. UPAC-funded buses have taken organizations to competitions in New York, Boston and destinations beyond. Groups have brought speakers, musicians and comedians to perform at University Park with the student activity fee.
