From Jhoon bi position:

Turn left 90°, left low block (front stance).

Right front kick, return to back stance, left outside
block (palm out).

Turn right 180°, right low block (front stance).
-
Left front kick, return to back stance, right outside
block (palm out).

Turn left 90° (moving left foot), right knifehand outside high block
(left long stance).
-
Right roundhouse kick, step out with left foot to left high outside block
(palm out, left leg forward) right reverse middle punch
(front stance).

Right front kick, left middle punch (right front stance)
-
Turn right 180°, right high outside high block, immediate
left middle punch (front stance).
-
Left front kick, right middle punch (left front stance).
-
Turn left 90°, cross fists overhead and
block down to sides in ready stance.

Step out with right foot with left knifehand outside high block (right front stance).

Left roundhouse kick - Kiyup! immediate turn
right 270°, right low block (front stance).

Left front kick, return to back stance,
right outside block (palm out).

Turn left 180°, left low block (front stance).
-
Right front kick, return to back stance,
left outside block (palm out).

Step back (moving right foot) into double knifehand block (back stance).

Step back (moving left foot) into double knifehand block (back stance).

Right leg step back 45° to horse stance, left palm block,
immediately step to front stance, right middle punch.

Left leg step back 45° to horse stance, right palm block,
immediately step to front stance, left reverse middle punch.
