From Jhoon bi position:

  1. Turn left 90°, left low block (walking stance).

  2. Right front kick, double middle punch - right fist first (front stance).

  3. Turn right 180°, right low block (walking stance).

  4. Left front kick, double middle punch - left fist first (front stance).

  5. Turn left 90°, right knifehand strike (left foot forward, walking stance).

  6. Step, left knifehand strike (right foot forward, walking stance).

  7. Turn left 90° (moving left foot), left single-knifehand block (back stance).

  8. Move left foot into front stance (grabbing motion with left hand), right middle punch.

  9. Turn right 180° (moving left foot), right single-knifehand block (back stance).

  10. Move right foot into front stance (grabbing motion with right hand), left middle punch.

  11. Turn left 90° (move left foot into walking stance) right inside block.

  12. Step, left inside block (walking stance).

  13. Turn left 270°, left low block (walking stance).

  14. Right front kick, double middle punch - right fist first (front stance).

  15. Turn right 180°, right low block (walking stance).

  16. Left front kick, double middle punch - left fist first (front stance).

  17. Turn left 90°, left low block, immediate right middle punch (walking stance).

  18. Step, right low block, immediate left middle punch (walking stance).

  19. Left front kick (into walking stance), left low block, immediate right reverse middle punch (walking stance).

  20. Right front kick (into walking stance), right low block, immediate left reverse middle punch (walking stance) - Kiyup!
