- Turn left 90°, left low block (walking stance).

Right front kick, double middle punch - right fist first
(front stance).
- Turn right 180°, right low block (walking stance).

Left front kick, double middle punch - left fist first
(front stance).

Turn left 90°, right knifehand strike (left
foot forward, walking stance).

Step, left knifehand strike (right foot forward,
walking stance).
- Turn left 90° (moving left foot), left single-knifehand block (back stance).

Move left foot into front stance (grabbing motion with left
hand), right middle punch.
- Turn right 180° (moving left foot), right single-knifehand block (back stance).

Move right foot into front stance (grabbing motion with right
hand), left middle punch.

Turn left 90° (move left foot into walking stance)
