From Jhoon bi position:

  1. Supporting outside block in back stance (left fist knuckles up; right fist knuckles down), immediately step to front stance, right middle punch.

  2. Right front kick middle, left kick high Kiyup! land in front stance, immediate left inside block, double middle punch right fist first.

  3. Step, right middle punch (frontstance).

  4. Turn left 270° into reverse front stance, left low block, right high outside block, simultaneously turning head to left.

  5. Move left leg out to front stance, draw left arm in (as though grabbing an opponent), right upper cut punch.

  6. Step back (left foot crosses in front of right foot) to reverse front stance in opposite direction, right low block, left high outside block, simultaneously turning head to right.

  7. Move right leg out to front stance, draw right arm in (as though grabbing an opponent), left upper cut punch.

  8. Step to left with right foot, turn right 270° into back stance, double knifehand block, immediately step into front stance (left leg forward), right middle punch.

  9. Right front kick, retreating to walking stance, step back with left leg, draw right (front) foot back into cat stance, right palm block (from behind the head).

  10. Turn left 90°, double knifehand block (cat stance).

  11. Left front kick landing in front stance, right middle punch, draw left leg back into cat stance, left palm block.

  12. Turn right 180°, double knifehand block (cat stance).

  13. Right front kick landing in front stance, left middle punch, draw right leg back into cat stance, right palm block.

  14. Turn right 90°, supporting low block (back stance).

  15. Left front kick (holding it in the air), right jumping front kick Kiyup! land in front stance, immediate right inside block, single left middle punch.

  16. Turn left 270°, single left knife hand block (back stance).

  17. Left foot steps into front stance, right elbow strike, right backfist strike to nose level, left middle punch.

  18. Turn right 180°, single right knife hand block (back stance).

  19. Right foot steps into front stance, left elbow strike, left backfist strike to nose level, right middle punch.
