Taeguk Oh Jang

From Jhoon bi position:

  1. Turn left 90°, left low block (front stance).

  2. Quickly pull left hand away and strike with left overhand hammer fist (T stance).

  3. Turn right 180°, right low block (front stance).

  4. Quickly pull right hand away and strike with right overhand hammer fist (T stance).

  5. Turn left 90°, left inside block, right inside block (left front stance).

  6. Right front kick, right back fist strike, left inside block (front stance).

  7. Left front kick, left back fist strike, right inside block (front stance).

  8. Step, right back fist strike (front stance).

  9. Turn left 270°, left single knifehand block (back stance).

  10. Step to front stance, right elbow strike.

  11. Turn right 180°, right single knifehand block (back stance).

  12. Step to front stance, left elbow strike.

  13. Turn left 90°, left low block, immediate right inside block (front stance).

  14. Right front kick, right low block, immediate left inside block (front stance).

  15. Turn left 90°, left high block (walking stance).

  16. Right side kick, left elbow strike to right palm (front stance).

  17. Turn right 180°, right high block (walking stance).

  18. Left side kick, right elbow strike to left palm (front stance).

  19. Turn left 90°, left low block, immediate right inside block (front stance).

  20. Right front kick, right back fist strike, jump and land in fixed X stance - Kiyup!
