Taeguk Il Jang

From Jhoon bi position:

  1. Turn left 90°, left low block (walking stance).

  2. Step, right middle punch (walking stance).

  3. Turn right 180°, right low block, (walking stance).

  4. Step, left middle punch (walking stance).

  5. Turn left 90°, left low block and immediate right reverse middle punch (front stance).

  6. Turn right 90° (moving right foot), left inside block (walking stance).

  7. Step, right reverse middle punch (walking stance).

  8. Turn left 180°, right inside block (walking stance).

  9. Step, left reverse middle punch (walking stance).

  10. Turn right 90°, right low block and immediate left reverse middle punch (front stance).

  11. Turn left 90° (moving left foot), left high block (walking stance).

  12. Right front kick, right middle punch (walking stance).

  13. Turn right 180°, right high block (walking stance).

  14. Left front kick, left middle punch (walking stance).

  15. Turn right 90° (moving left foot), left low block, (front stance).

  16. Step, right middle punch (front stance) - Kiyup!
