From Jhoon bi position:

Turn left 90°, right palm block (cat stance).

Right front kick, left inside block, return to cat stance.

Turn right 180°, left palm block (cat stance).
-
Left front kick, right inside block, return to cat stance.

Turn left 90°, low double knifehand block, left leg
forward (back stance).
-
Step, low double knifehand block, right leg forward
(back stance).

Turn left 90°, right palm block supported by left fist,
turn torso to left and break imaginary wrist grab with right
hand, right back fist strike (cat stance).

Turn right 180°, left palm block supported by right fist,
turn torso to right and break imaginary wrist grab with left
hand, left back fist strike (cat stance).

Turn left 90°, feet together, right fist in left palm,
tension push at chin level.

Step into left front stance, double scissor block.
-
Step into right front stance, double scissor block.
-
Turn left 270°, pivot on right leg, double outside block,
palms out (front stance).

Extend open hands to head level to grab opponent's head.
-
Bring right knee up, bring hands over knee, back to waist,
drop into low cross-legged stance,
double upper-cut punch.

Drop left leg back into front stance, low X-block with fists.

Turn right 180°, pivot on left leg, double outside block,
palms out (front stance).
- Extend open hands to head level to grab opponent's head.

Bring left knee up, bring hands over knee, back to waist,
drop into low cross-legged stance,
double upper-cut punch.

Drop right leg back into front stance, low X-block with fists.

Turn left 90°, left back fist strike at face level
(walking stance).

Right crescent kick (open left hand just before striking),
right elbow strike to left hand (elbow pointed straight
away from body, left horse stance).

Front foot retreats to walking stance, right back fist strike at face level
(walking stance).

Left crescent kick (open right hand just before striking),
left elbow strike to right hand (elbow pointed straight
away from body, right horse stance).

Single knifehand strike moving upper body only (horse stance).

Step into right horse stance, right punch - Kiyup!
