One Step Sparring
For all one-step techniques: Opponent moves right foot back into
front stance with a left low block. When both students are ready, opponent
steps forward into right front stance, delivering the listed strike.

Advanced Technique One-Steps are to be made up by the student, following the general outline of the above techniques. They may include opponent grabs or holds rather than punches or kicks. Student may incorporate sweeps, take-downs, spinning kicks, joint locks, pressure points, or other advanced techniques. Up to 15 distinct techniques may be requested of you during testing. Student should be prepared to improvise new techniques for proposed attacks during testing.
