In football, it is not necessarily the teams with the best or most expensive players, but the teams that work well together under all conditions that invariably win the trophies. The prime example of this at work was Liverpool FC winning the European Championship in 1995 when they were losing 3-0 at half time yet went on to win the match.

Wow! You and your friends decided to start a neighborhood organization to improve the sense of community and to work with city council to ensure public safety. As organizing any group can be daunting, start by planning a kick-off meeting so everyone can have a voice on the important issues. After the kick-off meeting, plan future meetings at regular intervals and publicize the date, time, and location.
