Thai Cuisine

As always, Thai Night provides you with the opportunity to experience the authentic Thai cuisine. A generous amount of main course, dessert, and drinks will be served to fill you up for the entire evening.

This year, our caterer, Amy’s Thai Cuisine, will be providing the food listed in the menu prepared for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. A three-course Thai meal made hot and fresh in the kitchen compliments our exquisite cultural performances for the evening. This is an opportunity that comes around only once a year, so don't miss it!

Appetizer:

Po Pia Tod
Description: Crispy fried spring roll served with sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients: Cabbage, carrot, spring roll sheet, ground pepper, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce

Entrées:  

Kang Phed (red curry) Chicken*/Tofu
Description: Chicken/tofu sautéed with coconut milk, red curry paste, bamboo shoot and fresh Thai basil.
Ingredients: Chicken/tofu, coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce/soy sauce, sugar, basil, chili

Kai Yang Takrai*
Description: Grilled chicken with Thai herbs
Ingredients: Chicken, garlic, black pepper, lemon grass, salt, sugar, seasoning soy sauce, cilantro

Tofu Kratiem Priktai  
Desciption: Tofu sautéed with garlic and black pepper sauce
Ingredients: Tofu, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, sugar
   
Pad Pak Ruam
Description: Stir-fried mixed vegetables
Ingredients: mixed vegetables, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar

Desserts:

Sakoo Nam Kati
Description: Tapioca balls with young coconut meat in sweetened coconut milk
Ingredients: tapioca ball, coconut milk, young coconut meat, sugar, salt

Mor Kang*
Description: Thai-styled custard
Ingredients
: Egg, coconut milk, dehulled mungbean, sugar, salt
