TASA is Penn State's Taiwanese American Student Association.
As a branch of the Intercollegiate Taiwanese American Student Association, we attempt to carry out the purpose, which is to provide events and resources that explore and celebrate Taiwanese American identity in order to inspire, empower, and activate its community.
To provide an opportunity for social interaction among Taiwanese-American students;
To learn and educate others the history and culture of Taiwan;
To help develop and strengthen an individual's Taiwanese- American identity;
To provide a voice to address the concerns facing Taiwanese Americans.
