[Total trip is between 50 to 60 mi and about 1 hr 10 minutes.]
From State College take 322 West thru Clearfield (appx 1hr / 45 miles).
Exiting Clearfield follow 153 North / 322 W towards Penfield.
322 will branch off left about 8 miles down a divided highway. Stay with 153.

Parker Dam is 5.5 mi past route 80.
Look for brown signs on right.
From Indiana take 422 East to 219.
Take 219 South to 22.
Take 22 East towards Altoona and route 220.
From Altoona take 220 East past Tyrone to 350.
Take 350 North (West?) past Bald Eagle, Sandy Ridge, and Philipsburg to 322.
Follow 322 West thru Clearfield.
Exiting Clearfield follow 153 North / 322 W towards Penfield.
