PHR Exam Information

The Professional in Human Resources (PHR) exam, administered by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), covers U.S. laws, regulations, and practices. Students and recent graduates are eligible to take the PHR exam in the student category up to 12 months after graduation. Those who pass the exam then have five years to obtain two years of HR work experience. Passing students will then be certifed by HRCI.
