Kathy Ibanez PHR Scholarship Program

The Penn State student chapter of SHRM will award one scholarship to a worthy Penn State-SHRM student. This scholarship will allow the student to take the PHR certification exam free of charge.

The scholarship was founded to honor Kathy Ibanez, former chapter secretary, who lost her life in an elevator accident in 2004.
