Northeastern Regional Case Competition

The SHRM Case Competition consists of a two-day event (one-day competition, one-day conference) where teams of up to six undergraduate or graduate students from various colleges and universities compete in both oral and written presentations. The case is created specifically for the SHRM Case Competition and can focus on any number of HR issues (i.e., Management Practices; Selection & Recruitment; Training & Development; Compensation & Benefits; Employee/Labor Relations; and Health, Safety & Security or a combination)

We always try to have two teams (Undergraduate and Graduate Team). This is a great way to apply your knowledge from class and prepare for future in HR. We start team practices in the winter. Please contact Malory Sanchez if you have any questions.

Our Undergraduate team took 1st place in the case competition in Rhode Island. The team had the opportunity to attend the National SHRM Conference this year in Orlando, Florida.
