The 2011 NAQT Pennsylvania Championship will be held at the Pennsylvania State University and hosted by Penn State Quiz Bowl. Registration starts at 8:00 am, Info Session at 9:00
Round structure TBD
Lunch break (1 hr) at some point
Very short awards ceremony at the end.
All team rankings are based on win-loss records. If a tie between teams must be resolved, it will be resolved by a half-round of head-to-head competition between two teams (10 tossup-bonus cycles).
Note that this schedule may change any time up until the beginning of Round 1 based on team attendance, buzzer availability, etc.

Registration is now closed.
There are no prerequisites for this tournament; instead, success at this tournament is a major means by which teams qualify for the 2011 HSNCT.
How much
The fees for attending the PA Championship are as follows:
First Team $75,
Additional Teams $50 each,
Discount $10 per working buzzer system.
A copy of the question set can be provided to each participating school at no additional charge.

Lunch
Lunch is not included.
On-campus, the HUB will have two restaurants open:
Nathan's - burgers and hot dogs
Panda Express - chinese food
We will also have a list of close-by off-campus restaurants.
Format/Rules
This tournament will follow all standard NAQT rules (which can be found here) except that the rounds might not be timed.
This tournament will use questions provided by NAQT (IS 105).
