Patrick's Test-- Fall 2006

Patrick passed his Green Belt Test despite it being Friday the 13th.

Watch as Patrick goes for hip throw, but gets hip blocked, so Patrick quickly switches to shoulder throw. Nice!

Here, we re-created a typical scene with an ego-centric aggressor. Patrick demonstrates proper use of the verbal fence to try to avoid any unnecessary conflict while keeping a strong physical fence up for protection. However, if this fails, Patrick fortunately has a sweet double leg takedown to back it up with.
