Completely Different
"Monty Python had the right idea. You take it as far as it should go and then say, 'And now for something completely different...'" - Conan O'Brien

As part of our zany, madcap quest to take over the world (everybody's gotta dream, right?), we publish a (mostly) weekly newsletter called Completely Different. Catchy title, don't you think? We report on club events, print sometimes scathingly insightful reviews of Monty Python projects, preview Python projects yet to come, and try desperately to fill anywhere from two to four photocopied pages with as much pure silliness as we possibly can.

In the interest of preserving the funny for later, and possibly less humorous, years, we submit this fine collection of issues for your perusal. All issues are available as PDF files.

Submissions from Monty Python Society members, past and present, are always welcome. Contact editor Fred Coppersmith for more information.

You can also take a stroll through our back pages, if you'd like, and read articles from what one member called the "ungodly old" issues of Completely Different. A compilation of newsletter issues from Fall 1988 to Spring 1992, edited by Alyce Wilson, is on display in the Penn State University Archives, Special Collections, on the first floor of Paterno Library.
