Homecoming '88

Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so." - Douglas Adams

Paul Farkas, class of 1989, was gracious enough to send us the following photographs (nudge nudge, wink wink!) of the Python Society in the 1988 Homecoming Parade. "For your reference," Farkas says, "the theme of the 1988 Homecoming parade was 'Sharing the Spirit of a Lifetime.' Our homecoming 'crazy band' came up with the Rutles-inspired 'Sharing the Spirit of a Lunchtime', which we noted on our banner."

Alyce Wilson, who was also there that day, shares her memories here.

Group shot with the Trojan Rabbit

"We're knights of the Round Table, we dance whene'er we're able..."

"You must bring us...a shrubbery!"

"That rabbit's got a vicious streak a mile wide!"

"On second thought, let's not go to Camelot. It is a silly place."

More minstrels

Brave Sir Robin ran away...

"That's the most foul, cruel, and bad-tempered rodent you ever set eyes on!"
