Secretary General | Sakiba Khan

sakibak@psu.edu

Sakiba is excited for PUNC '09 and thinks that you should be too! She is a proud Penn State student in the Schreyer Honors College working for a major in Biochemistry & Philosophy and a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. She enjoys traveling- especially to Bangladesh, where she spends time with her family and works for the "Bill Gates' Smile Train" project. Since the start of college in 2007, PSIADA became her major extracurricular activity. Now, it has become a major part of her life (corny as it sounds). In her spare time, she loves shopping with friends, reading good novels, and (attempting) to paint. She hopes that your time at the conference will be as enjoyable as hers spent with the Secretariat, working to make PUNC a true success!

Chief of Staff | Dan Huff

rdhuff@gmail.com

Dan is a junior majoring in Political Science with minors in History and Global Security. He is a self proclaimed "news junkie" and is never more than fifteen minutes away from another check of Reuters. During spring 2008, Dan studied abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia, and came back with a treasury of stories about the frigid north. This experience left him committed to understanding US-Russian foreign policy and the complexities of the former Soviet Republics. Outside of PSIADA, Dan is interested in just about everything and anything, making him a dangerous contender in trivia based board games.

USG - Programming and Logistics | Kim Niedig

kan5013@psu.edu

Kim is a Junior majoring in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management and minoring in Spanish. She has been a member of PSIADA for almost two years and can call her relationship with it- love. In her spare time she enjoys reading books, watching college football, swimming, going out to eat, and cooking.

USG - Technology | Rob Ludwig

rml5062@psu.edu

Rob is a sophomore majoring in Information Sciences and Technology and International Studies with a minor in Francophone Studies. He comes from the hockey and football powerhouse that is Pittsburgh, PA. When he’s not wearing black and gold to watch the games on ESPN or sporting the grand old blue and white for the Nittany Lions- he’s fencing, working on PSIADA-related things, reading nerdy technology or news magazines, listening to French rap, or just hanging out with friends. He has been with PSIADA since the fall of his freshman year and has stated that he is, quote, “totally psyched” to be a part of this year’s PUNC!

USG - Finance | George Kostakis

gjk5011@psu.edu

George is a senior majoring in International Politics with a double minor in Dispute Management & Conflict Resolution and International Studies. He hails from Northern New Jersey. He has been part of PSIADA since his freshman year. One of his biggest hobbies is photography. What he really likes about Penn State is football. He has been to all the home games and two bowl games.

USG - Crisis Development | Andrew Natalo

rml5062@psu.edu

My name is Andrew Natalo, and I'm the person who will be overseeing committees at PUNC 2009. I'm a Business Management Major with minors in Legal Environment of Business and Supply Chain. This being my Junior year, I have one more year of amazing conferences ahead, but still can't wait to be your crisis man. See you all at PUNC 2009 and be ready for some "original" crises.

Chargé d'Affaires | Melissa Wright

msw5048@psu.edu

Melissa hails from the frozen tundra land of Rochester, NY (Which isn’t Canada, unlike popular belief); but don’t worry; she can handle the warm weather of State College. Melissa is a junior majoring in International Politics with minors in History, Philosophy, and International Studies, yet still has time to devote to PSIADA and PUNC. She’s been with PSIADA since starting at Penn State, and has actually done Model U.N. for six years and almost 20 conferences. When she has free time (if there is such a thing), she also enjoys swing dancing, Figure Skating, logic puzzles, learning obscure international facts, pep band, and cheering on her Nittany Lions!
