Before practicing with the Penn State Kendo Club, each member must fill out a participation agreement form obtained from the Penn State Club Sports website. Below is a link to the downloadable PDF document:

Without this form, new members cannot hold any equipment or don any armor. Therefore, they will be greatly hindered in regards to learning and practice. A complete participation agreement form with a copy of your medical insurance card must be submitted to an officer before you can move past practicing your footwork.
