Nationals Itinerary
Helloooo Club,
So Nationals is upon us... here's the skinny on what's going on next weekend for
those of you going:
We will meet Friday (11/2/07) at 12:15 at east halls. (definite location will
be e-mailed next week) We will be pulling out at 12:30pm!!! No later.
We have a charter bus, and the trip will be about 9.5 hours + a dinner stop.
Upon arrival in Indiana we will be heading straight to bed, as well will be
arriving at abound 11 pm. BRING $ for dinner Friday!!
Race Day (Saturday):
Women's race is at 10am, men's race is at 11:30 am. awards are at 1 pm. We are
going to try to have a team bonding/chill out/tailgate until around 4 or 5 pm.
We will then hopefully be showering at the IU facilities from 5-6 pm, and
eating dinner from 6:30-7pm. We will leave for State College immediately after
dinner, and driving home over night. This will put us back in State College
very early in the morning.
Also, VERY IMPORTANT:
if you need an excuse for classes 12:20 and after on Friday, Club Sports can
provide one, however, if you have an exam the professor doesn't have to accept
it. Be sure to get permission if this applies to you...otherwise, if you need
a club sports excuse email ME (clb5005@psu.edu)
4 things:
-Your name
-The name of the class
-Your Professor
-the time of the class
This will allow Erin in Club Sports to give your professor an excuse, but be
sure to tell them as well.
