Stride for Awareness 5k - Club member Heather Fawcett is hosting a 5k race on September 20th at 9:20am (9:00am kids race) to benefit the Cerebral Palsy International Research Foundation and a school in India for kidswith CP call Akaanksha. Talk to her at practice, and you can give your paperwork to Marc or register online at stride4awareness.org.

February 10, 2009

1. CANNING TRIP this weekend (February 13-15) will take place in Pittsburgh at John McPheron and Kristen Prazenica's houses. We are leaving Friday February 13 at 5:30 from Rec Hall (there will be one late car leaving at 8:30). We are leaving Pittsburgh by 1:00 on Sunday to return by 4:00. LAST CANNING TRIP OF THE SEASON! GET EXCITED!

2. TRACK MEET: James Madison University is hosting a track meet on the weekend of March 20. PSU Club XC will be in attendance! Please stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.

1. CANNING TRIP on the weekend of January 23-25 in Erie PA at Kelsey Markham and Joe McShane's houses. Please email Kelsey (kem5215@psu.edu) ASAP if you'd like to join. If you have a car, can drive, and have filled out appropriate clubs sports paperwork, please let her know. We will be leaving Friday January 23 at 4:30 from Rec Hall and returning Sunday January 25 early evening. DANCERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED.

2. PRACTICES are still meeting at 4pm at Rec Hall every day! Come on out and face the cold!
