The first meeting of the year for the WOMEN BOWLING CLUB will be held Thursday, September 3rd. The meeting will be held Room 126, in the White Building. Everyone: Print out a 2009 – 2010 Participation Agreement on the Club Sports website and bring a copy or proof of valid medical insurance with your Participation Agreement. You cannot participate in practices until you have these on file with Club Sports. Please fill out the Vehicle Owner Form on the Club Sports website. You’ll be prompted to print out and sign off on your information. You’ll need a copy of your driver’s license, insurance and registration to hand into club sports. If you plan on driving to practice, if you plan on driving from home over Christmas break to tournaments, or if your parents plan on transporting players to tournaments, you must have a valid Vehicle Owner Form registered with Club Sports.
