AD of Advertising
Liz Rotiroti is a junior in the Smeal College of Business. She is majoring in Marketing and is minoring in the Legal Environment of Business. As a new member of PSMA this year, she was very excited to be given the position of Project Manager within the Advertising Division. Liz will be taking on the position of Associate Director of Advertising in the spring and is thrilled to be given this opportunity and is determined to help in the continued success of PSMA.
This past summer Liz interned with Ufinancial in Exton, PA. Through this internship she created marketing plans for fellow interns and helped them track and monitor their success as financial advisers. She plans to use the leadership and organizational skills she acquired through this internship to help lead the Advertising Division in PSMA.

AD of THON
Michael McKeon is a senior Marketing major with a minor in Information Systems Management. A PSMA member for the past two years, he has been actively involved in both THON and Sports divisions, and is currently the associate director of PSMA THON.
In addition to PSMA, Michael is the marketing executive for the Coaches Versus Cancer Student Group, and has been involved in the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon the past three years. During this past summer, he interned in the sports marketing department for the U.S. Naval Academy.
AD of Entertainment Marketing
Kayla Pollard currently serves as the Associate Director of Entertainment Marketing for the Penn State Marketing Association. She is a senior pursuing a degree in Marketing with a minor in Sociology. Prior to her appointment as Associate Director, Kayla was actively involved in both the Entertainment and Retail Divisions serving as an Advertising Project Manager, Fashion Blog Administrator, and Committee Leader. Her passion for entertainment marketing stems from her love of music, fashion, television, and event planning. Her interest in the entertainment marketing field was sparked even further when she had the opportunity to intern at FOX television. As a member of the FOX team, she was able to create TV commercials as well as help execute a casting call for America’s Next Top Model. Upon graduation, Kayla’s career goal is to move to New York City and work for a major Advertising/PR or marketing firm.
AD of Sports Marketing
Ashly Hartman is a junior accounting major in the MAcc program. She is also pursuing minors in both Marketing and International Business. Ashly just recently became a PSMA member this past spring semester. During that semester she served as a co-project manager for the Powder-puff Tournament in the Sports Marketing Division.
Ashly is involved in other extracurricular activities in addition to PSMA at Penn State. She is actively involved with Thon through Atlas and past committees. Ashly also volunteers at State College High School to tutor students ranging from kindergarten to high school in age level. Ashly is also a current member of the Accounting Society. She is currently interning with Olympic Sports Marketing within the Penn State Athletics Department. She interned for Phoenix Contact USA this past summer in both the Accounting and Finance departments. Ashly also studied abroad this past summer in Florence, Italy through Smeal.
This semester Ashly will be serving as the Associate Director of the Sports Marketing Division within PSMA. AD of Market Research
Corey Furdock is a senior Marketing major with minors in Information Systems Management and International Business. After joining PSMA in September 2012, Corey has been an active member of the market research division. He currently serves as a Project Manager for a local client interested in collecting information regarding the dining habits of Penn State Freshmen.
Since becoming a marketing major in 2011, Corey has passionately pursued driving business and marketing education to others. Last summer, he taught a six-week marketing enrichment course for high school students as a Staff Instructor of Summer Study Programs at Penn State. After graduation, Corey hopes to continue to provide valuable knowledge and opportunities to aspiring marketing professionals.
AD of Retail
Natalie Magan is a junior Marketing major with a minor in Spanish. Natalie has been a member since sophomore year but is very excited to be much more involved this year. She was a Project Manager for Retail’s Halloween Fashion Show and an Assistant Project Manager for Wrestling in the Sports Division. She also enjoys participating in case competitions with other members of PSMA.
Natalie is also a brother in the business fraternity, Phi Beta Lambda. She also spends a lot of her time in the ASA office in the HUB working with organizations’ treasurers.
She is enjoying the exciting hunt of obtaining an internship for the summer but is excited to get real experience somewhere this summer and utilize all of the great things PSMA has taught her!
AD of Sales
Chris Kutsubos is a freshman in the Smeal College of Business. He is looking to major in Finance or marketing, while minoring in international business and economics. This is Chris’ first year in the Penn State Marketing Association but he is hoping to contribute and build the club. He is specifically the Associate Director of the Sales division.
Outside of PSMA, Chris is involved with the Sigma Nu fraternity and participates in various activities that Penn State offers. These activities include playing on the paintball team and Intermural Sports. In addition, he is looking forward to traveling abroad and obtaining an internship this upcoming summer.
Coming from High School, Chris was very involved with football and was the captain of his team. Chris was a very recognizable lineman in Pennsylvania. This background leads him to support the football team and every other athletic program at The Pennsylvania State University.
