Current Projects
PSMA Quiznos
Location: 371 Willard
Event Description: Our project team conducted market research pertaining to the dining habits of freshmen students on campus. We formed focus groups and created a survey via Qualtrics to increase sales and better understand customers’ perceptions of the Quiznos brand.
PSU Fitness
Event Description: Our goal with this project is to discover how to deliver customer satisfaction and exceed expectations. In order to do this, we are determining current advantages and disadvantages of PSU Fitness classes in terms of class size, time, instructors, class atmosphere and internal customer collaboration. Focus groups and surveys indicated an average class satisfaction level of 96%. Many PSMA members served as "mystery shoppers" by participating in fitness classes to study participants’ behavior and interactions.
Phi Beta Kappa
Event Description: Our project team conducted market research for the Penn State honors society, Phi Beta Kappa, to help them build brand awareness on campus and increase membership levels. We conducted focus groups with members and the executive board, a website consultation, and surveys to better understand current members’ perceptions of the organization. Lion Menus
Event Description: Focus groups were conducted to find out how freshmen students are using Lion Menus, what they currently know about the Lion Menus brand, and the process of creating accounts. Our team also analyzed the new mobile website to determine what users think about the layout of the site, how they are using it and how it can be better promoted.
