The purpose of the Pre-Dental Society is to create a network of students interested in pursuing a career in dentistry and to help them attain their goals through informational meetings about dentistry and the application process, visits to local dental offices, and tours of dental schools within the region. Our speakers include the Pre-Dental advisor, previous dental school admissions officers, and military recruiters. We have meetings dedicated to topics such as Interviewing, the DAT (Dental Admissions Test), Writing Your Personal Statement, and AADSAS (Associated American Dental Schools Application Service). The Pre-Dental Society welcomes students of all majors interested in the dental profession.
