The Penn State Professional Management Association is a Smeal Business Organization
dedicated to developing necessary management, leadership, and networking skills for its members. It provides members with
opportunities to make connections with successful Penn State alumni, to take advantage of vital career-building workshops,
to get involved with local philanthropic activities, and to meet new, enthusiastic, and exciting people all while adding
valuable and impressive resume elements. Because PMA is always looking to expand its horizon, all members are welcome
(and encouraged) to share new ideas and suggestions for the future. Together, the Penn State Management Association is
devoted to achieving its goals and striving to stand out among other student organizations.
