Website changed, New business
After Thanksgiving break, we will be having a meeting Thursday, November 29th at 8:00 PM.
We will be holding elections on December 9th at 6:00 PM. This election meeting is also mandatory. Start thinking about what position you want to run for and if you think you can handle it.
There will be an induction ceremony that you will mark on your calendars as well. The pledges have worked very hard, so brothers, show your support!
Phi Beta Lambda is working on paperwork for competitions in April, so brothers should notify Matt if they are planning on participating.

March of Dimes, Canning Weekend
Phi
Beta Lambda is selling bracelets for the March of Dimes. They are $2.00
each. And guess what, you should buy one!
We plan on our canning weekend for THON to be from Friday, November 30th
to Sunday, December 2nd in Horsham, PA. If you can come (even better,
if you can drive) let Stef Tapper know as soon as possible.
Have
a fun and safe Halloween!

New Website, Chapter Meeting Update
The
fraternity wants to get involved in a lot more this semester. There is
talk of fundraising events, such as a dodgeball or
basketball tournament with another fraternity. We also talked about philanthropy
events such as THON, for which the brothers are currently
collecting donations for. If you would like to make a
donation to THON via Phi Beta Lambda, you may contact either
one of our THON chairs, Brett Hollister (bwh5001@psu.edu) and Stefanie
Tapper (sht107@psu.edu).
Just
FYI, some of our brothers might ask you soon if you'd like to purchase
a bracelet for the March of Dimes. So, maybe keep
alittle extra cash in your pocket? You know just in case.
The Homecoming parade was on Friday, and our
float looked superb. Thank you to everyone who came and helped
construct it! It was a job well done.
