Coming In & Coming Out: LGBT Issues in Immigration

Speakers from Immigration Equality will discuss numerous issues facing LGBT individuals regarding immigration, including the failure of the US to offer recognition of partner status in immigration and the refusal to acknowledge the impact of abuse in the home country in assylum cases. Issues of HIV status as pertains to visiting the US and immigration.
