Welcome
The Open Meditation Society (OM Society) is an on-campus meditation group that hosts silent meditation sessions open to all. Basic meditation instruction is also offered as well as group discussion. The purpose of this group is to offer a quiet space for meditation practices and personal reflection in the midst of campus life. Meditation can be a valuable practice for personal growth and transformation, stress relief, and life enhancement. OM Society, as a community, offers mutual support for people interested in the integration of mindfulness into their everyday lives.
OM Society is a registered student organization at Penn State University
