To create a stable, lively, and supportive play environment for all Magic: The Gathering players at Penn State; to provide Magic: the Gathering players at Penn State with the resources they need to stay up to date with an ever changing game; to give players the opportunity to improve and test their skills by providing transportation to and or/funding for local tournaments; to introduce new players to the game of Magic through demos and other forms of instruction.
