Please attach this form in an email to PSUmobo@gmail.com with the subject "Mortar Board Application". You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your application and have reviewed it for completeness.

To make electronic submissions easier for us to review, when attaching your schedule, please use the Downloadable Version of your schedule from http://elion.psu.edu/ and paste the image onto a blank page at the end of the application. Please direct any questions regarding the electronic submission of applications to PSUmobo@gmail.com.

We will be reviewing the applications over the next few weeks and will let everyone know in early March as to whether they were selected to be future members. If there is something missing from your application that you think we need to know then please feel free to contact our membership chairpersons.

Membership in Mortar Board is a nationally recognized honor. Many scholarships and companies recognize the prestige that Mortar Board carries. We hope you will choose to join this fine tradition of excellence. If you have any questions about membership, please contact our membership chairpersons.
