About Us

mocktrial.jpg The Penn State Mock Trial Association is a competitive organization in which students may improve their skills in public speaking, legal analysis, and professional conduct. In addition, the Mock Trial Association competes across the nation in invitational & AMTA-sanctioned (American Mock Trial Association) competitions.

For the past three years, the Penn State Mock Trial Association has hosted its own tournament at the University Park campus. Information for the 5th Annual Happy Valley Invitational taking place October 21-22, 2011 can be found here.
