Welcome to the Pennsylvania State University Mock Trial Association web site. Mock Trial is a student-run organization comprised of students pursuing a diverse array of academic and professional fields. Students in our organization have the opportunity to participate in mock trials as attorneys and witnesses.

The Penn State Mock Trial Association runs a Fall Intramural Tournament, a Spring Intramural Tournament, and participates in the American Mock Trial Association's intercollegiate tournaments. Use the navigation bar above to learn more about our organization.
