Riddle of the Week: (medium) A friendly boat at sea...

A boat is floating out at sea.
There is a ladder fixed to the side of the boat.
The ladder has 7 rungs, with the bottom rung at the same level as the sea.
Each rung is exactly 1 foot (12 inches) apart.

If the water level rises at a rate of 6 inches every 20 minutes, how long will it be until the water is level with the 4th rung of the ladder?
