Joining alpha Kappa Delta Phi gives young women a chance to improve on their leadership skills as well as their ability to work in group settings. Within the sorority, newly crossed sisters are encouraged to hold important positions within the sorority. By doing this, they acquire the tools necessary to succeed during the college years and beyond. The sorority also encourages our members to go in search of other leadership opportunities outside the sorority and make a difference on the University campus. Our members are involved in various extra-curricular activities ranging from different culture clubs to being a Penn State Lion Ambassador.
alpha Kappa Delta Phi was one of the founders of the Multicultural Greek Council and the Asian-Pacific American Coalition. Since then we've held several executive board positions throughout the year.
