Major: Vocal Performance
Experience: Patrick McLaughlin joined Eclipse as a performing member during the 2002 season his freshman year. The following year (2003) he was an instructor for the color guard. In 2004 he took over as both administrative and artistic director of the oganization and this year has given the position of adminstrative director to Danielle Fenster while remaining artistic director of the color guard. In addition to teaching Eclipse, Patrick is also a color guard instructor for the Northern York high school color guard and a former instructor of the Lewistown high school marching band. In the past Patrick has performed with Penn State Eclipse indoor color guard (2002), The Blue Coats drum and bugle corps color guard (2003) and the Cadets drum and bugle corps hornline (2000-2002). Patrick is also a performing member with Vole, Penn State's student run ballet company, as well as a performer with Penn State opera theatre and the Penn State Concert choir. This year, Patrick is the show/drill designer and dance instructor as well as one of the writers and techs for the color guard.

Experience: This is Tucker?s second year with Eclipse as an instructor, last year 2004 as a tech and this year as a writer as well. Previously Tucker was a performing member of the Cadets of Bergen County Drum & Bugle Corp Color Guard in 2001, 2002 and 2003 and a member the Reading Buccaneers Drum & Bugle Corp Color Guard in 1999. Tucker was the Auxiliary Caption Head for the Southwestern Marching Band in 2001, 2002, and Visual Coordinator for the Mifflinburg Marching Band in 1999. In 2000 Tucker was section leader and an instructor for the Shikellamy Marching Band. While a student at Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2000, 2001, 2002, Tucker was the Visual Coordinator for the Wildcat Dance Team as well as the President of the organization. Tucker has a Degree in Culinary Arts from Pennsylvania College of Technology and is finishing his Second degree in Hotel Restaurant & Institutional Management at Penn State.
