Brett Baker
Administrative Consultant

While stepping down from his role as director following the 2008 season and three consecutive WGI medals, Brett Baker by far will not be a stranger to the Penn State Indoor Drumline.  His experience reshaping the organization over the past few years will continue to assist the new director and staff in making 2009 a continuation of previous year's successes.

Brett's marching experience includes: the Penn State Marching Blue Band (1999-2003), the Penn State Indoor Drumline (2000, 2002), the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps (2000), the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps (2001-2002), and the Reading Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps (2007). During Brett's performance career, Penn State Indoor was awarded champion of the Independent Open class of WGI (2000), the Cadets were awarded the Fred Sanford High Percussion Award in DCI (2001 - 2002), and the Buccaneers were awarded High Percussion Champions in DCA (2007).

Brett's teaching experience includes 2 years with the Caballeros Drum and Bugle Corps as a snare tech (2003-2004). With Penn State Brett was the snare tech and staff coordinator in 2005 and director for the 2006, 2007, 2008 seasons.

Brett graduated from Penn State University in 2004 with Bachelors Degrees in Business Logistics and Psychology. Brett currently resides in Hummelstown, PA and is employed by The Hershey Company. Brett wishes the best to everyone involved with PSU Indoor this season.
