Dear PSU SCHOOL OF MUSIC,
We are asking for your help in running the 2006 Penn State Collegiate Jazz Festival. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and celebrate jazz music. Not to mention a great resume stuffer, especially for you future educators!

IAJE Annual Conference
New York City, New York
January 11-14, 2006

Chick and his friends just can't keep up with these three swinginest cats...

A SUCCESS!
Nine IAJE members made the trek to New York and had one unforgetable time. Many concerts, clinics, and dollars later we are back and pleased to say that it was well worth the trip.
Highlights include the Basie Band, John Faddis Orchestra, John Fedchock Sextet, the Army Blues, and a stop at Birdland; not to mention a very talented ten year old trumpet player. Everyone should make an effort to attend next year as we head back to the Big Apple! Don't worry, Mike will not drive next time. Stay involved...
Talk to an executive board member for some good stories.
