The Penn State Club Golf Team was established in 2001 as part of the university's Club Sports program. The club offers students an outlet to enjoy the game of golf as well as compete at the collegiate level. Joining the team is an excellent opportunity to meet fellow students, experience new courses, and become involved on campus.
The club calander consists of home tournaments, away tournaments, social events, and fundraising activities. Home tournaments are typically offered at discounted rates and scores are recorded. A point system has been devised that tracks students progress throughout the year and an overall champion is declared at the end of the season. The champion's name is then engraved onto our club trophy and displayed at the Penn State Golf Courses Proshop.
