11.16.09 The points have been updated, and are almost totally updated. I am waiting for a few points to add in for cookie tour, mentor dinner, etc. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 10.08.09 There has been a new tab added to the top of your screen named "Thon", which will contain all material related to that matter from here on out. It is being created as we speak, so in a few days it will be completely finished. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 10.01.09 The points have are now up to date currently, if there are any questions or concerns please email me ( Garrett). Two food bank events have been added. Also, the points will be totally updated including the greyhound picnic by late Sunday night. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 09.14.09 The general meeting will now be held in 110 Osmond tomorrow the 15th Also, the meeting minutes will now be available for download after each meeting under the "Meetings" tab at the top of the website. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 09.13.09 There have been a few changes to the website over the past day. - Updated officer bio page - Events page has been updated with all upcoming community service events. Also, a THON section has been added to the events page. - Minor addition to the point system values In the next few days, you can expect to have the meeting minutes added to the website for download if you missed any meetings. Current Projects
Our story began with the dream of three college friends
who formed a social venture, a business with the mission to promote
literacy. A single book drive at one university has grown into a
nationwide effort with thousands of people involved, all looking to
improve the quality of life for people through literacy.
We believe that literacy gives people water to drink,
imparts knowledge to eliminate disease, and develops self-esteem that
enables people to make their mark on the world.
Our story has taken us to places we had never seen. Our dream is to continue to work for those whom we have never met.
