Please return your Fresh START 2012 Team Leader or Team Liaison application to 209 HUB by Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 5:00pm. Don't forget to register for a 15 minute interview for either Feb 24 or 27 from 9-4pm upon submission of your application.
Team Leaders
A Fresh START Team Leader leads volunteers in service projects and helps make their experiences memorable and exciting. Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring the safety and cooperation of volunteers, maintaining contact with their service sites, creating a positive atmosphere, and making sure that the day's events go as smoothly as possible. All Team Leaders must attend training sessions as part of their duties.
Team Liaisons
Team Liaisons are responsible for bridging the gap between Committee Directors and Team Leaders. They will receive additional training and are responsible for managing an assigned group of Team Leaders. They must possess group management skills, have the ability to communicate effectively, and be prepared for time commitment.
