Registration Instructions

STEPS 1 AND 2 MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST A WEEK

PRIOR TO THE FIRST NIGHT OF CLASS!!!

1. Complete and submit the online registration form.

2. Receive e-mail confirming space availability in the class from the CPR coordinator.  Submit payment in full with a check made out to EMSA.  Check can then be brought to room 21 of the Ritenour Building on the Penn State campus to be placed in the CPR coordinator's mailbox, or check can be mailed (assure that there is sufficient time for check to arrive prior to the start of class).  Address to mail check:

NOTE: CASH PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

3. You will receive an email confirmation with a classroom location, time, and instructions for the class once registration form and payment have been received.

4. Come and enjoy class! Any special equipment like pocket masks which were purchased with the class will be given out on the first day of your scheduled class. (Books will be provided in advance for pre-course studying.)

PLEASE NOTE that EMSA is not responsible for any payments lost. EMSA will not accept cash as payment. Classes may be canceled at any time at the CPR Coordinator's discretion. Email notice will be sent out to all registered participants if a cancellation should occur. Payments may be held for the next available class or be fully refunded at the student's request. If a student completes the registration process and fails to show up for class, EMSA will withhold a $10 fee from the registrant's original payment.
